Good breakfast, but I still prefer the European mix of buffet and a la carte menu. The attention of the service as a whole is excellent. William, for example, went far and beyond to fix a problem regarding mirroring my cellphone to the room Tv.

Excellent location welcomed by warm greeters. Best in class butler Michael and Rory served thru out with heart. Esp Michael who troubleshooted my IT connection. Room Service cooking soup that warmed my stomach.

Everything was superb. The staff, the breakfast on the terrace, our diner in the Portuguese restaurant, coctails at the Long Bar. The concierge was great as well, in service and communiation by whatsapp. When we left we were asked what could be improved and we could not come up with one single thing. Excellent.

We were greeted immediately treated so kindly every question we had they answered they were just lovely people and it was a beautiful facility the pool the sauna the rooms were beautiful

All!!! This is fantastic! They prepared a Plan for Runners INCREDIBLE!! (I been during 128 Boston Marathon). AMAZING staff, location, room, spa, pool... 10 STARS

Excellent service, particularly from the butler. Enjoyed the gym and spa. The "speakeasy" wasn't exactly a speakeasy, but was also a fun time.

the location is excellent. 4 minute walk from Back Bay station. Close to Back Bay, Copley Square, Fenway and Beacon Hill. Beautiful new hotel with excellent service.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and service-oriented. The rooms are clean and fitted with modern controls. The bed is extremely comfortable. Dining was enjoyment each time.

Rooms are luxurious and beautifully appointed. Staff went out of their way to address any issues. All public are stunning.
