The breakfast was pre-fab. meaning that I expected something fresher, less processed and better quality ingredients.

Everything was superb. The staff, the breakfast on the terrace, our diner in the Portuguese restaurant, coctails at the Long Bar. The concierge was great as well, in service and communiation by whatsapp. When we left we were asked what could be improved and we could not come up with one single thing. Excellent.

We were greeted immediately treated so kindly every question we had they answered they were just lovely people and it was a beautiful facility the pool the sauna the rooms were beautiful

All!!! This is fantastic! They prepared a Plan for Runners INCREDIBLE!! (I been during 128 Boston Marathon). AMAZING staff, location, room, spa, pool... 10 STARS

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and service-oriented. The rooms are clean and fitted with modern controls. The bed is extremely comfortable. Dining was enjoyment each time.

Rooms are luxurious and beautifully appointed. Staff went out of their way to address any issues. All public are stunning.

Raffles is hands down the best hotel in Boston and one of the best (if not the best) hotels in the USA. Everything is top level frmo service to amenities. And their lounge with a terrace and city view is the best

The staff are so wonderful and assisted us every time we needed anything. They go above and beyond the expectations. They think of everything you might need and want for a perfect stay!! Thank you Rey!
